Staff

Rachel grew up in Howard County, Maryland. She received both her undergraduate degrees and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Prior to graduation from PT school, Rachel completed an internship with Howard Head Sports Medicine, where she collaborated with patients and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful and personalized plans of care centered around patient goals and values. As a previous gymnast and athlete in school, she has received physical therapy to rehabilitate injuries of her own, where she fell in love with the concept of helping people get back to the activities they find happiness in. She has returned to Vail Valley and enjoys treating patients of all ages and interests. In her free time, you can find her skiing, rock climbing, cooking fun recipes, and solving Rubik's cubes.
