Lauren is originally from California but earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University prior to moving to Colorado. She attended University of Miami and Oregon State University for her undergraduate studies and was a starting member of their Division-I Volleyball teams. Early in her athletic career, Lauren recognized the positive impact of performance training and rehabilitative therapies to help her stay healthy and wanted to pursue a professional career where she could help individuals maintain optimal physical health and performance. Lauren is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and over the past decade has also practiced as a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor. She seeks to provide an interdisciplinary approach to meet the health and performance goals of her patients. She enjoys learning/studying all types of movement and working with all levels of athletes.
