Kelly received her BS in aviation management and French from the University of North Dakota and the Sorbonne in Paris. She moved to Vail soon after graduation and started working as the assistant manager of one of Vail’s on-mountain restaurants for Vail Resorts. This position evolved over the next 15 years to the group sales and services manager for Beaver Creek Resort. Over the past few years, Kelly managed the logistics for the Colorado Suzuki Music Institute Chamber Music program in Beaver Creek and worked in sales and event planning before joining the Howard Head team. Kelly has her pilot’s license, and in her free time enjoys traveling, mountain biking, skiing and participating in any activity with her children.
