Biography

Kate brings a wealth of expertise with her background in exercise physiology and kinesiology, along with a master's in occupational therapy from Mount Mary University in Wisconsin. Her journey to hand therapy was driven by a passion for helping others, and she has built a strong foundation in both inpatient and outpatient upper extremity rehabilitation. Kate’s dedication to serving small mountain communities is a true reflection of her roots. Growing up in Gunnison, CO, has shaped her values and commitment to making a meaningful impact. In her free time, Kate enjoys skiing, climbing, running and hanging out with her 2 dogs Jax and Izzy.
