David received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016. He then completed sports residency training at University of Southern California along with fellowship training at Fairview Health Services. David gained an unbelievable experience during his additional training by providing rehabilitative services and sideline coverage at Dorsey High School, Pepperdine University, and University of Minnesota Men’s and Women’s Hockey. David is a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist and he has special interests in hockey and ski/snowboard athletes, lower extremity injuries, post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, injury prevention, and pre-season screening. David also travels with the US Women’s Ski Team and Professional Lacrosse League assisting with on-field coverage and treatment. His treatment method and passion focus on integrating evidence-based practice, promotion and education of proper movement strategies, individualized return-to-sport programming, and optimizing sports performance to help patients reach their goals. In his free time, David enjoys skiing, playing hockey, biking, hiking, camping, watching movies, and cooking.
