Colleen grew up in Detroit and received her undergraduate degree in pre-physical therapy from the University of Dayton. In 2008, Colleen earned her doctorate degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University. She then moved to California for the opportunity to work in a large outpatient, orthopedic setting before returning to Detroit to work in sports medicine. Colleen joined Howard Head Sports Medicine in 2013 and now manages the Avon, Beaver Creek, and Edwards locations. Colleen is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. Her main areas of focus include: the treatment of surgical and nonsurgical spine, hip and knee injuries, dry needling and the injured runner.
