Certified Hand Therapy

Lauren has been practicing in Occupational Therapy since 1996 where she graduated with a BS in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. In 1998, she moved to Ogden, Utah and began her specialization in hand therapy. She achieved her CHT certification in 2002. She then moved and worked as a CHT in Chicago area for 2 years.  She and her husband then again relocated, this time to Dallas, TX in 2005.  She enjoyed 11 years there treating a variety of diagnoses and patients, including many professional athletes. She is greatly appreciative of the colleagues and patients that have enriched her diverse career and life. She and her husband and 3 children enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, and hockey, so she is very excited to be in the mountains and to have joined the wonderful Howard Head hand therapy group in May 2017.
