Brooke hails from the great state of North Dakota.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Minnesota State University—Moorhead, and moved to Colorado shortly after, where she spent 5 years whitewater rafting and skiing prior to returning to the Dakotas to attend graduate school. Brooke obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of South Dakota and returned to Colorado to work at Howard Head Sports Medicine in 2010.  Brooke received her board certification in orthopaedics in 2015 and treats a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, specializing in shoulder pathology.  She has lectured both nationally and locally and has published articles regarding shoulder rehabilitation.  Brooke enjoys helping patients of all ages and abilities get back to whatever they love to do.  An avid mountain biker, gym rat, skier and paddler, Brooke loves living, playing and working in the Vail Valley.
