Criada en Carolina del Norte y Arkansas, Abby se mud\u00f3 a Oklahoma para obtener su Licenciatura en la Universidad Estatal de Oklahoma. Despu\u00e9s de graduarse, se mud\u00f3 a Texas para completar su Doctorado en Terapia F\u00edsica en el Centro M\u00e9dico de la Universidad de Texas Southwestern. Al graduarse, trabaj\u00f3 en ortopedia ambulatoria en Wilmington, Carolina del Norte, antes de mudarse al Vail Valley para su entrenamiento de residencia en deportes. Abby es una Especialista Certificada en Fuerza y Acondicionamiento y le apasiona optimizar el rendimiento de atletas t\u00e1cticos y deportivos de todos los niveles.
