Criada en Boston, MA, Lindsey obtuvo su Licenciatura en Ciencias y su Doctorado en Terapia F\u00edsica en Ithaca College, en el norte del estado de Nueva York. Inici\u00f3 su carrera en una cl\u00ednica ambulatoria de rendimiento deportivo y fisioterapia en Wellesley, MA, antes de mudarse al Vail Valley, donde complet\u00f3 su residencia deportiva en Howard Head Sports Medicine.
