In addition to direct patient care, this position is responsible for documentation and ensures all programming is aligned with internal, local, state, federal, and regulatory standards of care and compliance.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Lo que har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Assists with patient care including obtaining and recording vital signs, maintaining patient documentation, and completing administrative duties.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Establishes and maintains e\ufb00ective working relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and sta\ufb00.<\/li>\n<li>Fields patient phone calls promptly and professionally. Engages in patient communication, education, and support as directed by the healthcare provider or provider team.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in maintaining the therapeutic setting of the clinical space.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures cleanliness, adequate stock of supplies and functioning equipment in patient care areas. Replaces supplies depleted on a daily basis. Cleans and prepares patient care areas, equipment and tools.
