We have many low-risk deliveries, but the care team also manages preterm births, preeclampsia and other high-risk obstetric conditions. We boast a single-suite OR for family-centered cesarean sections. Our Level II nursery admits babies that are 32+ weeks gestation. All our nurses take STABLE and are NRP certified, so we are fully equipped to stabilize 32+ week gestation infants for transport when necessary. The nurses here practice with high autonomy but have 24\/7 on-call support by an NNP and OB provider, when not in-house. This position is responsible for caring for antepartum patients, laboring patients through childbirth, recovery, and postpartum, lactation education and assistance, providing family centered care including the well newborn and the Level 2 Nursery. Assure expert, compassion, individualize nursing care for patients and families expected. They collaborate with providers, staff and other members of the team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
