Biography

Brittney came to Howard Head through our sports physical therapy residency program. Originally from South Dakota, Brittney became interested in physical therapy while completing her undergraduate degree as a certified athletic trainer at Iowa State University, where she worked with Division I football and softball athletes. Brittney completed her doctorate in physical therapy at Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center. She is a board-certified sports clinical specialist and has a strong background in Pilates. Brittney is currently training to become a Fellow in the Orhopaedic Academy of Manual Physical Therapy. She specializes in the treatment of the spine, upper and lower extremity injuries, as well as concussion and return-to-sport treatment and management.
